Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Building Contractors Gio Inc. Our mission is to help you build your vision with quality craftsmanship and reliable service. This Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and disputes for services rendered on our site.

1. Services Rendered

Once services have been rendered by Building Contractors Gio Inc., including construction, renovation, and consulting, it is considered completed. No refund will be provided unless specified under the terms outlined below. We prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to working with you to ensure your needs are met.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service or project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total project cost. In case of cancellation after work has begun, a partial refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the services rendered, please contact us within 14 days of the completion of the service. We will evaluate your concerns and, depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund or schedule a follow-up service to address the issue. Refunds are offered at our discretion and based on the agreement made before the service commenced.

4. Damaged or Defective Work

If any work or materials provided by Building Contractors Gio Inc. are found to be defective or damaged upon completion, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and either provide a repair service at no extra cost or issue a refund for the defective portion of the work. All claims for damaged or defective work must be reported within 30 days of completion.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for services that were completed as agreed upon in the contract, unless the work is found to be defective, not in compliance with building codes, or performed below industry standards. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with project timelines or minor issues that do not affect the overall quality of work.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a service, refund request, or project outcome, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss and resolve the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be handled according to the laws of USA.
